This past weekend was Orthodox Easter. Three (!) years ago I wrote a post on our Habakuk blog about козунак, a traditional Easter yeast-raised sweet bread.

I gave the same recipe a try this year but had baking problems due to my moody oven.. Still tasty, not quite as pretty or fluffy. I’ll leave you with that old post and wishes for a beautiful, sunny spring or maybe even summer-y May.
